very satisfied with the service. The registration process was quick, the waiting area was clean, and the staff was helpful throughout. The ultrasonography technician was patient, careful, and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process.

Everything is good about this hospital, but the punctuality of the doctor is what was lacking. Waiting for 2 to 3 hours is not acceptable by the patients and the attendant. Also the reception ac doesn't work, the lift doesn't work.

I had a kidney/ureter stone operation done by Dr. Danish at 7 Star Healthcare, and I'm really happy with the result. It was a laser surgery, and everything went smoothly. The doctor is very kind, experienced, and explains things in a very clear way.

Doctor is excellent he was so humble and nice treat patient very well you are so experience and specialist all over he care of our financial condition also very good.

But unprofessional behaviour there, I had a gynaecological test to be done, but even after taking the appointment they kept me waiting for more than an hour saying gynae madam is on the way coming. Also, the gynae dr.shifa was a bit rude.

Post treatment follow-up is very important. Alhamdolillah Dr Danish experience and analysis is very good when he dealing a typical case. May Allah bless him more vision and energy.

I m giving 3 stars jst bcz of that ill mannered receptionist nd that was a boy..when a lady pateint is in the ultrasound room nd she is in uncomfirtable condition.
